We are excited to recognize Anita Ford, Programmer Analyst II in Enterprise Systems, as the June 2024 Employee of the Month. Anita has proven herself to be a vital asset to the team, consistently delivering timely, hands-on assistance whenever it’s needed. Her expertise and dedication have greatly impacted a range of projects, particularly in the development and maintenance of key university systems.
Anita’s work as a Banner developer has been noteworthy, including her significant contributions to the meal plan application, first built in 2018. She played a crucial role in connecting the system to CSGold and creating an automated process that checks for new meal plans or cancellations every 15 minutes. Recently, when an issue arose with the meal plan application, Anita stepped up—going above and beyond, even after hours, to resolve the problem.
Beyond meal plans, Anita has been instrumental in streamlining the Bobcat Card Photo upload process. Her work in developing a system that tracks and updates ID card information in CSGold has enhanced the experience for new students, faculty, and staff. Her deep understanding of the systems and her ability to create efficient solutions has been invaluable.
Her friendly demeanor, willingness to help, and vast knowledge of Banner, CSGold, and other university systems make her a pleasure to work with. Congratulations to Anita Ford, our June 2024 Employee of the Month!
