What’s a great way to cap off a successful year of accomplishing goals and reaching milestones? By celebrating the employees who went above and beyond to help bring those accomplishments to life! We had a blast at the FY’22 Employee of the Year Celebration, an annual event where we honor the twelve previous Employee of the Month award winners and announce the Employee of the Year. This year’s winner is… [drum roll, please]:

Curious about what goes on at the Employee of the Year Luncheon? Here’s how it went:
Each Employee of the Month winner from FY22 was invited to the University Events center to enjoy lunch while mixing and mingling with their fellow Employee of the Month winners. President’s Cabinet, department heads, and deans were also there to enjoy the celebration and share their gratitude.
Next, Carole Clerie (AVP, Human Resources) and President Damphousse expressed their appreciation and gratefulness for each employee’s hard work over the past year.
Then, Johnathan Hernandez was announced the Employee of the Year (he had no idea!) and was called to the front to receive a plaque and take a picture with President Damphousse.
Lastly, each of the FY22 Employee of the Month winners took a group photo with the President to wrap up the event.
