There are lots of spaces that have foreboding signs such as:
“AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY” or
“KEEP OUT”.
While some of these signs are created with the intent to keep us safe, others may just be vestiges of the past. Such was the case with the “HR USE ONLY” sign posted on the 4th floor kitchen door.
The HR team is a warm and welcoming bunch, and we did not let this opportunity to befriend our upstairs neighbors and JCK colleagues pass us by. What better way to do that than by sharing delicious snacks? Patty Cano, HR’s queen of hospitality, organized a breakfast spread, complete with coffee, bagels, and other sweet treats for all to enjoy. The foreboding sign was removed, and the 4th floor kitchen is officially open for all to use.
