On October 12th, over 300 bobcat employees headed to LBJ Student Center to participate in TXST’s Bobcat Bene-Fest, hosted by the Office of Human Resources.
With various vendors, health screenings, exciting activities and prizes, this event was an opportunity for employees to fall in love with their TXST benefits! Here are a few of the highlights.
- The Student Health Center administered 188 flu shots
- Catapult Health visited TXST campus for the first time to provide onsite health checks
- Fall-themed Scavenger Hunt with 10 prize drawings
- 14 door prizes from our fantastic vendors
- Zumba and Yoga breaks instructed by WellCats.
Employees had the opportunity to interact with various vendors, including:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas
- Delta Dental
- Bobcat Balance (CommPsych)
- Chartwells
- AIG
- Employees Retirement Systems of Texas
Our TXST partners at the Benefits office, Talent Development & Communications, Campus Recreation, and Environmental Health, Safety & Risk Management were also onsite to provide information about resources available here on campus.
